about heartbeats
Heartbeats is a proposal to cultivate attention and presence.
Not to improve productivity or become someone else, but as part of a process of transformation beyond ourselves.
To awaken another way of being in the world that is more our own.
Imaginary
We are hooked on the maelstrom.
Not because we have decided to be, but because of inertia. There is a lot of noise: acoustic, mental, emotional, and physical. Reflecting, delving deeper, trusting, or cultivating attention, presence, and your own perspective has become a luxury.
The challenge is to get out of the autopilot from the reality of our daily lives.
We suggest making space and taking intentional breaks. Only then can we see things differently, cultivate awareness, and connect.
It is simple yet profound because this enforced stillness forces us to adapt time to our real needs rather than to those imposed on us.

Pilu is a strategic designer and works as a consultant with leaders, teams, and organizations to build new ways of being and acting within and outside companies.
Use creativity, reflection, presence, and facilitate honest conversations. All of this focused on the impact and growth of the business.
In addition to Madrid, he has lived in London and Chicago. It was here that he began meditating in 2013 during a personal and professional crisis. Initially, it was to calm his anxiety, but he soon realized that the impact of daily meditation went far beyond the physical. Since then, he has continued to deepen his practice and explore other ways of sharing his vision of meditation and how to cultivate mindfulness, not as something individual, but as a collective form of transformation.
With Heartbeats, he wants to take this approach to another level so that together we can create an inner revolution that is visible on the outside. Back to basics because we already have everything we need.
Pilu is certified as a mindfulness meditation teacher by the Chill Chicago meditation studio. She is a certified teacher of 1 Giant Mind, taught by Jonni Pollard, and has been meditating and learning from different disciplines since 2013. She continues to deepen her practice on an individual and collective level through workshops and meditation experiences.
