Heartbeats is a proposal to cultivate attention and presence, not to improve productivity or become someone more and better. But as part of a transformation process that goes beyond ourselves. To awaken another way of being in the world that is more our own.

We are addicted to the restlessness
Not because we have decided to, but because of inertia. There is a lot of noise: acoustic, mental, emotional and physical. Reflecting, deepening, trusting or cultivating attention, and your way of seeing things has become a luxury.
The challenge is to get out of the autopilot from the reality of our daily lives.
We propose to hold space, and make intentional pauses. This way we can we see things from a different angle and cultivate attention and connection.
It is simple and deep because this intentional stillness forces us to adapt our time to our real needs and not to those imposed.

Pilu is a strategic designer. She works as a consultant with leaders, teams and organizations to build new ways of work and being inside and outside organizations.
She creates spaces where people can connect honestly with themselves, others and collectively with the organization and society. She uses creativity, reflection, presence and facilitates honest conversations. All with a focus on business impact and growth.
She has lived, in addition to Madrid, in Chicago and London. It was in Chicago where, during a personal and professional crisis in 2013, she began to meditate. Initially to calm her anxiety. She soon realized that the impact of having a regular meditation practice went far beyond something physical. And since then she has continued to deepen her practice and explore ways to share her vision of meditation and and presence. Not as something individual but as a collective form of transformation.
With Heartbeats she wants to take this to another level. So that together we create an inner revolution that impacts outside. We are going back to basics because we are complicating our lives when we do have everything we need within.
Pilu is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher by Chill Chicago Meditation Studio. She is also a 1 Giant Mind certified teacher. She has been meditating and learning from DIFFERENT disciplines since 2013 and continues to deepen her practice on an individual and collective level through workshops and meditation experiences.
