Heartbeats is a proposal to cultivate presence from the reality of our daily lives. We do this through shared moments of pause and connection.
It is something simple and deep.
It is to pause to listen. It is to see the other. It is to make an impact from what we are. From what is ours.
On a personal level as leaders (individuals) and together as communities and organizations.

One of the simplest ways to reconnect with yourself and break free from inertia and the daily grind is to establish a daily practice that gives you that space.
Our course is for you if you want to meditate but think you can't. Or if you already meditate but want to establish a daily practice.
In just 4 sessions, you'll learn a meditation style for everyday life.
People who have taken the course go on to meditate on their own, without relying on apps, teachers, or guides. It’s a style of meditation you can practice wherever you are.
It's a tool for life.

One-on-One Sessions: A Break from the Action
One-on-one sessions to help you incorporate mindfulness and meditation whenever you need it: for clarity, creativity, or when you're feeling stuck, and to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
It includes a private meditation course and three weeks of personalized follow-up with exercises and meditations tailored to you and your specific needs.
Quiet Mobs
Group meditation sessions. Something happens when a diverse group of people close their eyes at the same time. It’s like a domino effect of energy.
We organize these group meditation sessions for groups of 15 or more people. They may include live music, dance…
Heartbeats Together
We work with teams and organizations to help them incorporate moments of pause into their daily routines. We do this through courses, meditation sessions, inquiry-based and creative sessions, workshops, and experiential talks.
We also offer offsite events and consulting services.
