And that's what our meditation course is all about. Over four sessions, you'll learn a meditation technique that you can practice on your own without apps or audio guides.

The style of meditation is called 1 GIant Mind. It is a simple, deep meditation that de-stresses your nervous system while giving your body a deep rest. So you can connect with what is yours. Come back to you. Again and again.
The structure of the course is group (between 4 and 10 people) and is focused on practicing the meditation technique and understanding what happens in your body when you meditate. We deepen from experience to understand the importance of presence, the power of the pause and its impact on our health, leadership and legacy.
The group structure enriches the experience. A brutal energy is created with like-minded and non-like-minded people where we also learn to respect and see the other.

A meditation technique for you to practice independently (for life).
The 3-day 1 Giant Mind course consists of 3 group sessions of two hours each to learn the technique and deepen your practice.
An extra group session 15 days after the course for follow-up and where we explore other types of meditation with which you can complement and expand your practice.
Follow-up 1:1 if needed for the first 15 days.
Presence and connection exercises to incorporate into your practice or your daily life.
Guided meditations for specific moments
The possibility to retake the course whenever you need to refresh your technique (and subject to availability in the group courses) with me or with other 1 Giant Mind teachers anywhere in the world.
Lifetime 1:1 follow-up (while still active) on challenges with practice.
Heartbeats Kit

Price: 180€ per person*.

*Refundable up to 24 hours before the first session of the course. Once the course has started, it is non-refundable, but you can join another course at no additional cost.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Some courses will be live online and others will be face-to-face.
We hold one or two sessions per month and announce them on our website, Instagram, and our meditation club WhatsApp group. Availability is limited (maximum 8–10 people) and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you want to take the course but there is no open call, you can write to us and we will consider you as soon as we have an open course.
If you have a group of people interested in the course, we can organize one just for you.
We also offer private courses and courses for organizations.

3 sessions in consecutive days of 9o / 120 + a session after 15 days of 120 minutes. PRICE: 180€ per person.
private course
Individual course: 250€. It also includes a first online session to adapt the course.
Private course for 2 people: €400. The course also includes an initial online session to tailor the course to your needs.
