Heartbeats sessions
Our daily routines and concerns prevent us from stopping. We are not just talking about resting, but about those intentional breaks to take stock of where you are and how you want to move forward. Both on an individual level (personal and professional) and within a team in organizations.
Heartbeat sessions invite us to pause in our daily lives and cultivate inquiry and questioning. They do not usually seek answers, but rather activate our ability to see, they awaken us. And from there, a commitment begins.
The sessions are structured in groups or individually to allow space for silence and connection. We do this through guided conversations, creativity, connection exercises, and presence. Always from the inside out.
We offer three types of sessions depending on the needs.

Sessions that propose a new, more humane way of living and working, where action is taken from the inside out.
The idea is to cultivate an intentional, inspirational, and your own view of productivity and your role as a leader (we are all leaders).
After an initial session we make a proposal created specifically to meet you where you are.
Some situations for which we have been contacted in the past are:
Personal or professional blockages.
Personal and professional transitions.
New leadership styles.
Burnout.
Find ways to put specific values and talents at the service of the organization, the world or your project.
Find and understand your leadership style.

These sessions propose a different approach to work and productivity, one that is more intentional, more human, and more inspiring.
They are group sessions where we cultivate a different look at new or old problems. We do it with creativity, presence and a truth that comes from within.
We design them specifically for the team and organizations. And we don't lose sight of the business impact.
Some situations for which we have been contacted in the past are:
During a change of direction in the organization.
Team alignment prior to a creative or TRANSFORMATION project (a new work process, a long-term strategic design project).
To accompany leaders and teams during a cultural / organizational transformation.
For definition of purposes and projects.
In startups to scale and grow while taking care of people.
To rethink sessions and internal rituals from the connection.

These are sessions lasting between 2 and 6 hours that aim to give you a boost of connection. They create a space for you to pause, wake up, and commit.
They are usually to investigate, question or internalize a subject and give it a human look.
