A simple yet profound way to get out of the inertia of restlessness is to have a daily practice whereby you can turn off the noises and come back to you.

And this is what our meditation course is all about. During 4 sessions of two hours you will learn a style of meditation that you can practice autonomously without apps or audios. Wherever you are.
